The concrete side of our project entailed a 3600 sq ft slab foundation with 12,500 sq ft of paved driveway and parking lot space. Extreme planning and care had to be taken around several 100+ yr old live oaks for the foundation and parking. The foundation had its own challenges due being a dental clinic. Larger than normal amounts of plumbing and electrical are required in the foundation for a project like ours. Nothing missed, and everything the right place without any hiccups. CCF was top notch from start to finish. They are a family owned and operated company. We will use them again in the future. We highly recommend CCF.
